If your answer is yes, you can do so by e-mail and contact the President of the Republic of Matlandia.
We are open to cooperation and friendly diplomatic relations with other micronations. Feel free to contact us, we will be happy to respond and hope for positive outcomes. Expect a response between 1-15 days, most likely.
